These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from Boomers Gully Estate (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Liquor Licence & Authority to Sell

Boomers Gully Estate operates under a Victorian Producer’s Licence, issued by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR), which authorises us to:

• produce wine
• sell wine by retail at our cellar      door
• sell wine as packaged liquor
• sell and supply wine online for      delivery to customers

3. Legal Drinking Age

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic), it is an offence:

• to supply alcohol to a person under      the age of 18 years; and
• for a person under the age of 18      years to purchase or receive alcohol.

By placing an order through this website, you confirm that:

• you are 18 years of age or over;      and
• if purchasing alcohol as a gift or      for delivery to another person, the recipient is also 18 years of age      or over.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse the sale, supply, or delivery of alcohol if age verification requirements are not satisfied.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Boomers Gully Estate.

We reserve the right to:

• refuse or cancel an order
• limit quantities
• correct errors in pricing,      availability, or product descriptions

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card details.

6. Online Sales and Delivery of Alcohol

Alcohol purchased through this website is supplied in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws.

Deliveries:

• are available within Australia only      (unless otherwise stated)
• require the recipient to be 18      years of age or over
• may require valid photographic      identification at the time of delivery

Our delivery partners may refuse delivery if:

• acceptable proof of age cannot be      provided
• the recipient appears to be under      18 years of age
• the recipient is intoxicated

If delivery is refused, re-delivery fees may apply.

7. Cellar Door Sales and Collection

Alcohol sold or supplied at our cellar door is provided in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) principles.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who:

• is intoxicated
• fails to provide acceptable proof      of age
• does not meet legal requirements

For orders collected at the cellar door, proof of age may be required at the time of collection.

8. Refunds and Returns

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• change of mind
• incorrect selection
• delays caused by courier services      beyond our control

Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order if there is an issue.

9. Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you once full payment has been received.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• use this website for unlawful      purposes
• interfere with the operation or      security of the website
• reproduce, copy, or distribute      website content without permission

All website content is owned by or licensed to Boomers Gully Estate unless otherwise stated.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boomers Gully Estate is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
